Add Funds to an Account
Adding funds to your account credit balance helps prevent service disruptions and makes payments easier. Your credit balance automatically pays new invoices, so you avoid many small payments. This guide explains how to add funds in the client area, pay for them by card, and check your credit balance.
Add Funds in the Client Area
- Go to the Ultra.sh website and click Sign in to log in to the client area.
- Click the 1 Invoices tab.
- Click 2 Add funds in the Billing sidebar. You can also click Add funds on the Dashboard tab.
Enter the Amount and Payment Method
- Fill in the two fields on the Add funds page.
- Enter the amount in the 1 Amount to add field. The page lists the current limits, which can change.
- The Minimum deposit is $10.00 USD.
- The Maximum deposit is $100.00 USD.
- The Maximum balance is $300.00 USD, the most credit your account can hold.
- Select Stripe as the 2 Payment method. Stripe accepts card payments. To save a card to your account, see Add a Payment Card.
- Click the 3 Add funds button to continue.
Confirm Your Payment
- On the checkout page, confirm the payment method and total.
- Click 1 Submit payment to complete the payment.
- After the payment succeeds, the client area adds the funds to your account credit balance.
- Check your balance under Credit balance on the Dashboard tab. The credit pays new invoices automatically.
