Access the Panel

Early Access: Ultra.sh is currently in early access. Features, plans, and documentation may change as we continue to improve the service. If anything here does not match what you see, open a support ticket and let us know.

Access the Panel

This guide explains how to access the Ultra.sh VPS management panel from the client area or through the direct panel address.

Prerequisites

  • An Ultra.sh account and a provisioned VPS associated with that account.
  • Your client area email address and password. If you enabled two-factor authentication, have your authenticator app or backup code available.

Open the Panel from the Client Area

  • Sign in to the Ultra.sh client area.
  • Open 1 Services and select the VPS you want to manage.
  • Click 2 Log in to panel on the service page.
  • If the Confirm your account screen appears, check that it shows the correct account, then click Confirm and sign in.
  • Select your VPS from the Servers list to open its management page.

Open the Panel Directly

  • Open the Ultra.sh panel.
  • If prompted to sign in, complete the client area sign-in and account-confirmation flow.
  • Select your VPS from the Servers list.
  • If the direct address does not complete sign-in, return to the client area, open your VPS service, and click Log in to panel.

Identify Your VPS

  • Check the server name and IP address before making changes, especially if you own more than one VPS.
  • Open Overview to view the server state, IP address, and Console section.
  • Use the panel to manage your VPS.

Troubleshooting

  • The wrong account appears: Sign out of the client area and panel, then sign in with the account that owns the VPS. Try a private browser window if another account is signed in.
  • The VPS is missing: Check the service in the client area and confirm that it belongs to the signed-in account. If the paid service is missing or provisioning has failed, open a support ticket with the order, invoice, and service details.
  • The sign-in flow fails or repeats: Start again from the VPS service page in the client area. If the issue continues, include the page address, exact error, browser, and time of the failure in a ticket. Do not include session tokens or passwords.
  • The panel opens but SSH does not work: Panel access and VPS operating-system access are separate. Check your VPS username, IP address, password or SSH key, and operating-system configuration.

For account, panel, or provisioning issues, submit a support ticket. Ultra.sh is an unmanaged VPS service; you are responsible for the operating system and software inside your VPS.
