Cancel a VPS

Early Access: Ultra.sh is currently in early access. Features, plans, and documentation may change as we continue to improve the service. If anything here does not match what you see, open a support ticket and let us know.

Cancel a VPS

This guide explains how to cancel your VPS from the client area. It covers how to submit a cancellation request and how to choose between immediate cancellation and cancellation at the end of your billing period. The Terms of Service set out the full cancellation rules.

Important: Back up any data you need before your cancellation takes effect. Cancellation can erase the VPS, and its data may be impossible to recover once the VPS is deleted.

Navigate to Services

  • Log in to the client area. For details, see Get Started with Ultra.sh.
  • Click the 1 Services tab to view all services on your account.
  • Click the 2 View details button next to the VPS you want to cancel.

  • Enter your reason in the 2 Briefly describe your reason for cancellation field.
  • Select an option in the 3 Cancellation type drop-down.
    • Immediate can end your VPS and erase its data soon after the request is processed. This option is available only when this VPS is the only service on your account.
    • End of billing period normally ends your VPS when your current paid period expires.
  • Click the 4 Request cancellation button to submit your request. To leave the page without submitting a request, click Cancel.
