Monitor Traffic Usage

Your VPS plan includes a monthly traffic allowance. This guide explains where to check your usage in the panel and what happens when you exceed the allowance.

Check Traffic Usage

  • Log in to the panel as described in Access the Panel.
  • Click the card of the server you want to check on the Servers list.
  • Locate the Bandwidth card on the Overview tab.
  • Check the percentage to see how much of your traffic allowance you have used.
  • Check the figure below the percentage to see the amount used and the total allowance.

For example, 0% and 0 B of 8 TiB mean the panel currently reports no traffic used out of an 8 TiB allowance. Your allowance depends on your plan.

You can also open Settings > Hardware to see the amount used as BANDWIDTH USED and the total allowance as BANDWIDTH ALLOTTED.

Understand the Traffic Limit

If you exceed your plan's traffic allowance, your server's network speed drops to 10 Mbps. The limit stays in place until your allowance resets on the 1st of the month. There are no overage fees. At 10 Mbps, file transfers and other network activity take longer.

Mbps means megabits per second and measures connection speed. The values on the Bandwidth card show how much data your server has transferred, not its speed.

  • Check your usage regularly, especially if your server transfers large files or serves many users.
  • If your connection becomes slower, check whether you have exceeded the allowance.
  • Open a support ticket as described in Submit a Support Ticket if you need help understanding your usage or the speed limit.
