Where are your servers located?
You can deploy a VPS in Amsterdam (Europe), Singapore (Asia), Dallas (US Central), Los Angeles (US West), and New York (US East). A location marked Not available cannot be selected when you order.
Which operating systems can I install?
You can select one of these images when you order a VPS:

Can I add more IPv4 addresses?

Your VPS
How long does it take to set up my VPS?
Setup usually takes a few minutes. While the VPS is being set up, its service overview in the client area shows the status Pending. Click Refresh to check again, and click Contact support if the VPS stays pending.
Is my VPS service managed?
Ultra.sh provides self-service, unmanaged VPS hosting. You manage and secure the operating system and software on your VPS, including its configuration, updates, applications, and backups.
Can my VPS send emails?
Direct outbound email over TCP port 25 is blocked to help prevent spam and abuse. You can use an email provider’s authenticated SMTP service instead.
How do I access my VPS?
Sign in to the client area from the Ultra.sh website, open Services, and select your VPS. Its service overview shows the Primary IP address, and the Log in to panel button opens the panel for your VPS. See Access the Panel and Connect to a VPS via SSH for detailed instructions.
If you did not add an SSH public key when you ordered, the panel asks you to generate a root password on your first visit and turns on password login.
What happens if I use up my traffic allowance?
The connection drops to 10 Mbps until the allowance resets on the 1st. There are no overage fees. The panel shows how much traffic you have used. See Monitor Traffic Usage for detailed instructions.
Billing
Do you offer a free trial?
No, a free trial is not available.
What payment methods do you accept?
Pay by credit or debit card through Stripe. Google Pay is also available in the card form. PayPal is not accepted. You can save a card to your account in the client area. See Add a Payment Card and Remove a Payment Card for detailed instructions.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my VPS?
The support team completes upgrades and downgrades. To upgrade, click the Upgrade button in your VPS's service overview, then click Request upgrade on the plan you want. This opens a support ticket for you.
To downgrade, open a support ticket in the Support department and name the plan you want. See Submit a Support Ticket for detailed instructions.
How do I cancel my VPS?
Click the Request cancellation button in your VPS's service overview. Enter your reason in the Briefly describe your reason for cancellation field, select Immediate or End of billing period in the Cancellation type drop-down, and click Request cancellation.
Immediate cancellation is available only when the VPS is your only service. See Cancel a VPS for detailed instructions.
